When flexibility is the priority, Pitco’s powerful Solstice portable oil filter is small enough that it can be stored in a small space, while providing power to filter even the most difficult of frying oil. 4-swivel casters allow for easy movement and storage of the filter. A low profile allows for easy placement under the fryer drain. An optional heater is available to soften solid shortening for a quicker filter startup.
