Save Energy and Space Using CMA’s Front-Loading Dishmachine
The new EnergyStar Front-Loading Dishmachine from CMA packs a lot of punch in a small space! Smaller food operations can have the huge convenience of having a commercial upright dishmachine, while saving energy and space!
Its performance keeps up with larger machines too! A small amount of water (1.09 gallons per rack) is used to clean dishes in 90 second cycles. A sump and scrap tray catches food so that it doesn’t go down the drain. An option to include a hot water assurance tank that heats incoming water can be added, as it guarantees a hot water temperature between 120°F and 140°F to wash your dishes thoroughly!
