Recently, CMA introduced the CMA-180-VL Ventless Dishmachine that uses a heat recovery system. This heat recovery system captures exhausted head and water vapor, condenses it, and then uses that heat for incoming cold water before it reaches the booster heater. This saves a lot of energy, as the booster heater requires less energy to heat water for use in the dish machine.
The CMA-180-VL is now available in a frontloading version. This offers a huge advantage as it takes up less space for applications that need all the space they can get. In fact, the CMA-180-VL front loader is only 25.5” wide and takes up 75% less space because there is no need for entry and exit tables.
The door is at an optimal working height for easy loading and unloading. The CMA-180-VL front loader uses standard 20” x 20” dish racks and has a large 16” clearance. This machine works fast too! With a very fast 2.84 minutes/cycle, you can wash more than 20 loads/hour. This machine tackles efficiency as well, as it only uses .89 gallons of water/cycle. Its dependability gets a boost with the use of wash tank screens that filter recirculation wash water and prevent clogs from occurring in the spray arms.
