Piper Rotisserie Oven with Warmer Base

Reduce loading and unloading time with the Rotisserie Oven with Warmer Base (RO-1-WB) from Piper Products. With no heavy spits or baskets, the product cooks right on the motorized Lazy Susan, providing excellent merchandising to customers to see! The Chef Systems rotisserie series is flexible for roasting chickens to BBQ spare ribs.

The warmer base is fully insulated, and is thermostatically controlled to hold a maximum temperature of 225° to keep foods hot!

The oven corner posts are made of 18 gauge stainless steel with a 20 gauge stainless steel wrapper for the top, sides and back panels. The inside of the oven is constructed with 20 gauge stainless steel with a formed, pitched bottom to center drain. The wire racks are adjustable and removable. The oven also has a grease-catching drawer for easy disposal.
