When a guest first sits down at the table of a restaurant, often the first question they ask is: “What is your soup for today?”

For many people, a cup of soup determines the direction their dinner will take, and what food options they will likely decide on. Soup combines perfectly with other lighter food items to either be a light choice for a meal, or it could be an appetizer for their main entrée.

The great thing about Hatco’s Soup Station is that it is lightweight, and easily moves from location to location. Two soup wells operate separately, allowing each soup to be served at different temperatures. The Hatco Soup Station is offered in either seven or eleven quart sizes, and has multiple customizable options that allow the dining establishment to create their best soup for their guests.
