The Southbend S-Series Ranges
The Southbend S-Series restaurant range offer a variety of options for commercial foodservice applications. Made of high-quality materials, the S-Series has differing widths of 24″, 36″, 48″, and 60″ and a number of top configurations are available. Configurations include combinations of open burners, griddles and hot tops.

- 28,000 BTU NAT (24,000 BTU LP) cast-iron, non-clog burners
- Stainless steel front, sides and removable shelf
- Individual, removable cast iron grate tops
- Smooth, polished 1/2″ steel griddle plate with raised sides available thermostatic or manual (for units with G or T in model name)
- 35,000 BTU standard, convection or space saver ovens available
- Large, 26″ x 26-1/2″ x 14″ oven cavity for standard/convection ovens and 19-1/2″ x 26-1/2″ x 14″ for space saver ovens.
- Removable crumb drawers under burners
- Metal knobs with red stripe
- Hinged, lower valve panel
- Quadrant spring door with heat resistant, ergonomic chrome handle
- 6″ stainless steel legs
- Factory installed pressure regulator
