Vollrath Provides Solutions to Foodservice Operating Problems

Often known for providing solutions to many of the problems that arise in foodservice, Vollrath has solved another problem. Induction rethermalizers have become easier to serve with hinged inset covers. By removing the hinge in the middle of the cover, operators can now serve with a larger opening. Add in a kickstand, serving becomes a lot less awkward. They have also helped control portions by introducing beautiful utensils that look high-end.
