Admiral Craft’s Heavy Duty Commercial Planetary Mixers

With three choices of heavy duty commercial planetary mixers (10, 20, and 30 quart models), Admiral Craft has a choice perfect for any foodservice operation! The PM-10 features a 0.75 HP motor, the PM-20 offers a 1.5 HP motor, and the PM-30 has a powerful 2.4 HP motor.

Now that we know what type of power we are dealing with, these Admiral Craft Planetary Mixers come packed with features! Three fixed speeds, a direct drive, and a 100% gear driven transmission that delivers consistent mixing speeds no matter how much or what product is in the bowl. Included with these mixers are a stainless steel mixing bowl, a wire whisk, a dough hook, and a flat beater attachment. The 20 and 30 quart models also come with 60 minute timers and a #12 hub for meat grinding attachments.

But with heavy duty power, comes the need for safety! Stainless steel wire bowl guards, stainless steel bowl clamps, and rubber inserts on the feet help keep the mixer stable. They come with a 120V, 5’ long power cord and NEMA 5-15 plug. They are ETL Listed and backed by Admiral Craft’s 1 year replace or repair warranty!
