The New Globe S Series Slicers

Globe’s new S Series Slicers made their debut at the 2017 NRA Show, and they make slicing much “easier to use” than ever before!

Some of the features built-in to this beauty of a machine are a new clear text display, along with setting stroke length and speed to get consistent results every time! With new easier-to-understand alerts like the “Knife cover removed. Replace knife cover.” you won’t have to guess at what a flashing red light means, giving you more information when you need it. A new patent pending indexing system gives the operator control over slice thickness more than ever, and a diagnostic system will make maintenance even easier!
