Dual-Temp Traulsen Refrigeration Cabinets

Considered Traulsen’s premium line of refrigeration, the R&A Series includes their exclusive INTEL-TRAUL microprocessor control for precise temperatures in the refrigerator, freezer, and hot-food holding cabinets.

INTELA-TRAUL is a simple three-digit LED display that indicates the Fahrenheit or Celsius temperatures and a RS485 data port that allows for connection to a network. Audiovisual alarms for Hi/Lo cabinet temperatures, clean condenser, evaporator coil failure, door open, discharge line senor failure and power supply interruption.

In the kitchen, space is limited. Therefore, the Dual-Temp Traulsen Refrigeration Cabinets allow for a large storage space in a small footprint. The cabinet and door(s) are insulated with an average of 2-inch-thick, high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.

With Traulsen, you can expect high quality, durable products. They are built to last with a cabinet exterior front, one-piece sides, louver assembly and doors constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel. Specifically on the R-Series, the cabinet interior and door liners are also constructed of stainless steel. On the A-Series anodized aluminum is used, also built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Cam-Lift hinges and the horizontal workflow door handle are both guaranteed for life!
