Victory Ultra Spec Series Updates

The Ultra Spec Series is Victory’s top-of-the-line series of refrigerators. Recently it’s gotten even better with an extensive list of added capabilities, layouts, and features. Victory has added warm holding capabilities to the Ultra Spec line. Additionally, units are available with dual zone temperature controls for hot and cold holding or for more specialty purposes like keeping red and white wine appropriately cooled. The Ultra Spec Series comes standard with the V-TEMP™ Electronic Control System which provides operators the ability to monitor each unit’s performance in real time. This is especially helpful in situations where food safety risks come into play due to the unit becoming too warm or too cold. The V-TEMP™ Electronic Control System reports how the unit’s temperature changed, when it changed, and for how long.
