The Redesigned Star-Max Griddle

The Star-Max Griddle has made some small improvements on an already fantastic griddle. The newly redesigned Star-Max Griddle features a one-inch griddle plate and an embedded thermostat that helps improve both cook and recovery speed. The new one-inch griddle plate is available in a thick ultra-smooth steel or chrome cooking surface.

The Star-Max Griddle also has a cool-to-the-touch bullnose, stainless steel 4-1/2″ high tapered splash guards, large capacity grease drawer and heavy-duty legs. It even features double-wall construction on its cabinet to help retain heat, making it a more efficient unit.
